August 2013 Recap

Hi guys! This summer has been just absolutely amazing  for me and I hope you’ve all had an equally amazing summer as well. I took a much needed break from blogging back in June, partly because of school stuff and partly because I wanted to remind myself why I started blogging in the first place and why I love it. When August rolled around I officially came back to blogging and it was practically like i’d never left! Suffice to say I finally remembered why I love blogging so much and just how utterly amazing the blogging community really is.

I got a whole lot of reading done this summer, especially in August which was my number one goal for this summer. The Beginning of Everything was definetly a favourite of mine this summer and is also a favourite for this year! If you don’t already have this on your TBR list I suggest adding it ASAP I just fell in love with it. I also finally got around to reading The Greisha Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo (I know, i’m aware i’m an idiot for holding off for so long) but I also just loved the first two books in the series and after borrowing Shadow and Bone from the library I quickly went out and bought the sequal at Chapters (The Barnes and Noble of Canada).  The Beginning of Everything and Seige and Storm were defietly my favourite book buys of August.
